How can I make the parameters of conductivity analysis more accurate by the ZView program?

When I am analyzing my EIS data by ZView program, some data are best fitted but for some data some parameters are coming negative and not matching (but the data are looking nice). I tried to improve it by fixing the resistance to its value which is shown in the data before the analysis but still I am getting some parameters which are negative.
