How can I make a relationship between Urban Ecosystem and Disaster Risk Reduction with some innovative idea?

I am looking for some advance approaches to reach the basic idea of Urban Ecosystem and DRR for urban resilient. so that, the urban disaster can be mitigated with the help of environment more basically ecosystem.
