There are various mode of vibration for cylindrical transducer,according to http://www.phy.olemiss.edu/~jgladden/rus/.
My transducer has 17mm inner diameter, 1 mm thickness, and 20 mm longitudinal height.
How can I know the mode of vibration for each range of frequency in my Cylindrical Transducer?

The modeshapes depend on the boundary conditions and material properties.
I have attached some mode shapes for free-free vibrations. Material is steel.

As Nils points out, you can use a Finite Element model to calculate them or, you can use analytical models to calculate the modes, e.g. as provided in Vibration of Shells written by A.W. Leissa. http://ntrs.nasa.gov/search.jsp?R=19730018197
Section 2 in Leissa's book is devoted to thin circular shells
The FE approach is the more general calculation approach - in particular, if you want to design a sensor or mix the cylinder with components where analytic solution does not exist.
