I am an independent researcher from Bangladesh and completed my BSc and MSc in Mathematics. I am currently doing my research in Astronomy. But for me it is too hard to build my career in this field alone. Is there any way to get a supervisor or join a team?

I think you should start at home and do at list one paper in conference/ journal. That will help you to Join any research team any where in the world.
As your are mathematician, it very easy to modeling and simulation work, ok
