I've implemented DPC for DFIG in matlab/simulink (parametrs of DFIG in 'pu'), according to some new IEEE journal papers. I've compared real power Ps=(3/2)*Re{Vs.Is*} and reactive power is :Qs=(3/2)*Im{Vs.Is*} with the references value, Ps*= 0.8pu and Qs*=0. But my simulation P & Q results, ever dont change with any reference of P and Q.

The Drict power control method is widely used to control the DFIG converters ( GSC and RSC). So, for your case study, I think it is better, firstly, to check the GSC output may be the gates of IGBT do not response to the control action just be measuring the Vdc value. Furthermore, the RSC outputs are very important that give you evidence about the power follow from and to DFIG.
In the attachment file, you found a very good report about wind turbine blockset in Matlab ( General overview and description of the models) which written by many authors related to Aalborg University. I very sure this report helps you to complete your DFIG model with DPC method. I hope that this response helps you much more.
