I have obtained an equivalent circuit by putting EIS data for my sample using the software ZShimpWIn. I have got the equivalent circuit "R(QR(QR)(QR)(CR))" by fitting the data in the software. Now, I am unable to figure out the value given in the parameter file. Can anyone suggest me which value exactly corresponds to charge transfer (Rct), Rs, Cdl, Cp, Rp by seeing the parameter file? I have attached the parameter files any suggestion is most welcomed.

You have not specified the system from which you acquired the data, but based on your data, it is clear that the first R, which is listed above the others, is associated with Solution resistance.
The second R is related to QR circle, and ....
