a quick check in the net came up with some papers - none specific to Malaysia. So you will have to do t´what others did before:
1. Set up your own test bench and measure
2. Research attenuation conditions and formulas and correlate them with your measurement results from step 1.

I suggest you follow the publications of Dr. J.S Mandeep or Prof. S.I.S Hassan, here in researchgate, who have conducted quite some work on rainfall rate statistics and comparison against current models, and also cloud and fog attenuation.
