I want parameters such as Min-temperature, Max-temperature, relative humidity, wind speed and duration of solar radiation for two consecutive years. I tried New_LocClim (version 1.10). However, the system gives me the current mean value of the parameters as mentioned earlier. Thus, it is my humble request to you to share me your scientific knowledge in this regard.

All the data you require (on daily or monthly level) you can found on these free databases in an attachment.
CLIMWAT has data until 2000. NCAR has new data (2016) but requires registration. NOAA, data are in USA units (new data).
