How can I find the accredited laboratories in Europe? Is there any search engine?

I am trying to find any accrediated laboratory for the "Low Relaxation Testing according to ASTM A 416" in Europe. Anybody help?

First step is to ask the US accreditation organisation for the partners in the different european countries since all are connected for the verification of national standards.

Second step is to contact the european accreditation organisation for contacts to accreditated laboratories.

For onstance in France the COFRAC is the one.
