I am using Bankit to submit my sequences but, I could not finish feature annotation. Each time I receive an error such as " stop codon in CDs elc"
Which gene sequence you are submitting? Is it coding region? If annotation is problematic you can simply BLAST the sequence and see annotation of the closest match, using incorrect reading frame may lead to stop codon hence check that too.
I am on the lookout for the Enhanced Yellow Fluorescent Protein (Aequorea victoria) DNA sequence. Does anyone know where I can find it? Thank you in advance
