Now, I am trying to generate a fluorinated oil in water droplet from T-junction droplet generator. The special fluorinated oil can be pumped under high voltage directly without using a syringe pump. However, the oil ought to be pure. With addition of fluorosurfactant, the pump can be easily discharged and can not work. Is it possible to find a suitable surfactant for water phase and stabilize the o/w droplets?
