I am working on a cambered 3D airfoil and i have run a case in Fluent. Now, i need to extract some data alont a curved plane/surface just offset of suction surface. The curved surface must be of same profile/shape as suction surface and extending in Z dirention. I know that there is a slice option where we can cut any plane and get data at that plane. But my plane is a curved one.
Is there any other option of doing the same thing using MATLAB or some other software.

you probably can accomplish this in CFD-Post by reading in the Fluent data.
CFD-Post can create polylines by intersecting 2 different surfaces, so e.g. an intersection of the desired surface corresponding to a shifted airfoil surface in Z-direction with a vertical planar plane being perpendicular to the airfoil surface.
Potentially I could imagine to export the mesh points on the airfoil surface into a file and manipulating the z-coordinates with the desired shift. Afterwards the surface could be read back into the postprocessor as a user surface.
Or maybe that operation is easier to accomplish, if the polyline is created first by intersection directly on the surface of the airfoil, than the coordinates of the polyline are exported, z-coor's manipulated and read back as a user-surface, but than it is already just a shifted curved line. Than the data along that user surface could be extracted?
Maybe that idea helps to get a step further.

I have done this many times. You don't want to slice, because that implies a volume. You want an arbitrary surface. Use quadrangular or triangular finite elements, as illustrated below:
