How can I evaluate my reinforcement learning model using OpenTrack API?

Hello,

I found a Railway Simulator - OpenTrack and there is an API in OpenTrack to test the methods. The OpenTrack is not free so before purchasing it I wanted to know about its API. Can I test my deep learning methods using OpenTrack API? I would be glad if someone answers who has an experience on this.
