Unfortunately, our ability to duplicate a cast metal frame using traditional lost wax techniques are probably going to fall well short of actually doing this as an exact, or even a decent approximation, duplication. The idea of using a copy milling process would probably be a little closer, the recommendation from Dr. Yankov above for scanning and printing is also going to be pretty close.
The problem with a removable partial denture framework is that you have metal and you have acrylic and then you have to try to assemble them to each other in a very precise way. If you have an all acrylic removal dental prosthesis it would be fairly easy to do a copy milling or a printing approach but when you add the metal frame in it becomes more complex. And dare I say less predictable.
