There is a manual way of importing each page and then do merging all imported data. It is so tedious that I will not even mention the time it will take to do such a thing. The best solution is to look at the data you have and then really ask yourself are all the represented areas relevant to your search. If not, then think about filtering the data so that the information is precious to the study and hopefully that goes below the 2000 records limit.
So I have just got around this by filtering by year then downloading a RIS file for all of that year, then moving on to the next batch. You can select several years to download as long as they are under the 2000 limit. You jsut have to keep an eye that you don't download the same year twice by accident. Seems to work fine.
