The short and best way is to search google for online journals. There are more than 400 journals belong to this kind of journals. Once you are in the website of the journal click on the bottom of "about us" or editorial board and reviewers. Generally they ask you to fill in a form and send your biography. I am pretty sure that you can get some positive answers from this wide range of journals.
