Do I can do detail design in order to calculate the hot and cold utilities exchangers area in heat exchangers network? If no. What does method exist for calculating such exchangers area?
Firstly, you have to identify the power you need to extract from the loops. Then choose the type of exchanger you need (plate, shell and tube, etc.) and size them by using the tools provided by the main EXs suppliers. Eventually, verify your choice with TRNSYS (or similar). Good luck.

Dear Reza Ramezanpour Jirandeh if you know the temperature and flows of your streams, you will calculate the energy you need in the (H) stream, so next step is calculate the steam flow and then the area required. As you will have steam condensation I reccomend to use shell and tube exchanger as first option, due to the fase and volume change. After that you will calculate the area required and you will size your exchanger being carefull with velocities and pressure drop.
