I am interested in doing a Delphi survey on experts in universal health coverage who happen to be nursing trainers. My focus is on finding out gaps they have noticed in nurse training that needed to be addressed so that nurses can meet the demands placed upon them by UHC. My background is from a Kenyan perspective by would appreciate hearing it from a global view Thank you Simon

I am unsure what you would like to have answered. Are you interessted in an answer on the method Delphi survey or to the topic you are suggesting? I do think it is important to ask nurses on this topic. Anyway it is a very broad topic that is difficult to capture. What is your specific goal? For your method I do think it is important to define why are these nurses experts and to decide wether you have meetings or use online surveys.
