I would like to know if there is some way to see if the metamaterial that I am measuring has a bianisotropic or an anisotropic behavior. I know that measuring the cross polarization behavior we can say that the material is not isotropic if the level I get is greater than the one without the material (only contributions to the polarization of the antennas and noise are measured). However, I cannot find a way to determine if it is anisotropic or bianisotropic.

Maybe you can try to make a theta scan? (rotate the sample) and detect the intensity. We make these stuff with Imaging ellipsometry combined with nulling.
If you want we can ave a look on it.

Just a word of caution: non-zero cross polarization does also exist in isotropic materials - polycrystalline randomly oriented crystallites which are of non-cubic symmetry and large compared to wavelength. The same should be true for biisotropic materials due to chirality...
