I am trying to develop a supercapacitor model in matlab simulink. But there is a voltage dependent capacitor. How can I construct it in simulink?
Dear Anirban,
You can design a voltage dependent capacitance by the following relation:
C= K1 +K2 V+ K3 V^2 +
This relation gives a nonlinear relation between the the capacitance C and the voltage V.
K1 represents consatnt capacitance independent of V ,
K2V represents a capacitance which increases linearly with V
and K3V represents a capacitor term which is changes quadratically with the voltage.
