Please, there are in the Attachment manuscripts in which the technique of a fruit diet is presented (for Wistar rats). Of course, you understand that a fruit diet first of all will cause changes in the blood, and only then it will affect the activity of the nervous system (neuroprotective or other effect).

Please read also the article by Sergio Lopez (in vitro) for understanding the mechanisms of changes in nerve cells.
