I have troubles to read out the correct anodic peak currents from my cyclic voltammogram since ORR is pushing down my baseline. Is there anything (besides substracting a proper blank) that i can do (mathematically?!) to get correct peak currents? Nicholsons empiric equation only applies to reverse scans, as far as i understood, and doesn't help me...

Your question is not clear. Is this the CV of something in the presence of O2 or the CV of O2?What are the working and reference electrode?
perform iR drop correction and do the convolution method for cyclic voltammetry using Nova software (Metrohm). I think that the semi-derivative method will be the most appropriate in your case.
Yurii V Geletii this is the CV of my analyte in the presence of residual oxygen after purging with Ar. WE=thiolmodified gold, CE=platinum, RE=AgAgCl|sat'd KCl.

This looks like CV of residual oxygen. Record CV under air and check how it changes with a purging time.
How about develop a new model to predict the curve?
It seems to me that just adding the side reaction to this model and it's done
