Whay you need to know is "what is the array platform" that the authors used. I cehcked the accession page for your data in GEO and it says "Platforms (1) GPL13684 Phalanx Biotech mouse OneArray Microarray v2". Click that link and look for info as to what is the ID handle in the data (most probably probes) and what is the corresponding gene ID. Good luck.
