They suggest retraining the model with Kaldi is safer than converting it from HTK.

Thank you Ian,

I tried the conversion by using the same source code provided by Kaldi backage which is similare to the source code found in the link provided by Julien, the essential problem is that the required structure for the HMMs models for conversion is the contextual structure.

For training the HMMs using Kaldi i have to change the characteristic files format to Kaldi formate which means that i need to back to Zero point for building the optical models.
