How can I Calculate the proportion of XAb, XOr and XAn of a plagioclase?

I'm trying to understand how to use the two feldspars thermometer, but I don't know how to separate my Ortoclase and my plagioclase into the proportion of the 3 components metioned above, there's any software or excel sheet that might do it?. If anyone can help me out it would be great !
