I have impedance data which I measured from HP4192A. The data include frequency, Z' and Z''. It is possible to calculate electric modulus (M', M'') data from measured impedance data and how to calculate?.
Figure 10(a), (b)and (c), using the concept of calculated activation energy values for Z′′ and M′′ vs. frequency plot at temperature can be good attention to understand it by study single and double peaks. Equation 6 and 7 can be used for calculation of for M′′ and M′. Feeding the value of relaxation time of grain, relaxation time of grain boundary, capacitance of grain, capacitance of grain boundary, resistance of grain and resistance of grain boundary etc. can be calculated the low frequency peak. IN Figure 13, impedence vs frequency is shown. Just take help of this paper.
