How can I avoid the wrinkling of monolayer hBN onto Silicon substrate while annealing?

I'm trying to transfer a monolayer of CVD grown hBN from Cu foil to a target substrate ( in this case, a Si substrate with micro wells. )To improve the adhesion between hBN and So substrate, I'm planning to anneal the system. But I literature, I found that hBN has anisotropic thermal expansion and wrinkles are formed during such process. How can I avoid it?
