I think a collective direct conversation could be useful to hear each other, and know the serious problems they face.

Conflict is an enduring logic in any human setting. While is so, it does not mean that they cannot be resolved. Conflict between teachers is minimised best if the school has a policy that addresses grivience as and when they occur.

More importantly, to be able to resolve conflict between teachers, one needs to analyse the context, actors and the dynamics of the conflict. This analysis can help to get you closer to resolve the conflict through negotiations.
