How can conduct framework oriented research?

This is important for a kind of research as a science.  For example, 

I like to publish article in an international journal. I hope to use

A Strategic Framework for X. 

A Managerial Framework for X. 

A Economic Framework for X. 

I do not know which is better for me. This is a very common question for a researcher.
