Is it possible to calculate nitrogen use efficiency and biological phosphorus?

What you mean by biological phosphorus?
You can select treatments as follows
(1) Corn grown as N control
(2) Corn grown as P control
(3) N and P rates but no inocula
(4) Corn grown with inocula but no fertilizer N and P
(5) Corn grown with N or P plus use of inocula
By comparing yield, you can find out use efficiency of N and P
