There are multiple sources from where an academician/ researcher get opportunities to research, write and publish. However, for a novice academician/ researcher, creating online visibility of research is very important in order to improve upon API and other statistics like h-index, i10 index etc. Please suggest what measures need to be considered while deciding about research & publications, keeping in mind research aspects like presenting in national/international conference, publishing in book (as a chapter), publishing in journal or a proceedings etc.
