how can add PIN-DIODE at HFSS? also I want to know for PIN-DIODE equivalent circuit how can we calculate RLC parameters?
Here is an application note which I believe it is more than enough for simulation purposes. Then use manufacture's datasheet of your PIN diode and extract needed values for R, L, and C based on bias current (for ON state) and applied reverse voltage (for OFF state).

You just place small rectangular strips where you want to insert PIN diode.
Select the strip.
Right click on it.
Go to assign boundary.
Then chose lumped RLC and declare value of "R" when switch is "ON" and declare value of "C" when switch is "OFF".
In case of switch ON it will have some resistance.
In case of switch OFF, it will have some capacitance.
The values of R and C depends upon the different PIN diodes. They are generally given in datasheets of particular switches.
