As I say about these situations, I think it is a slow process to increase citations and h-index and requires me to go to conferences and chat with people who have similar research interests. It is, as I always say, these things are slow and I should not expect my h-index to rise rapidly.

I’ve read a lot of journal websites, and they mainly tell you to do these things to promote your papers to other scientific authors to try to get them to cite them in their writing:

• Promote your article at conferences
