I have done PL analysis on NBT based on my excitation wavelength. I am little bit confused for which part of the spectrum I should focus to take data. There are so many peaks at various wavelengths. Is there any procedure or software to analyze and compare data with my previously reported NBT system ?
Multipeaks mean your sample contains different sized particles. So, firstly discard those sized particles you don't need and then take the PL measurement you will get single peak.
Is there any software to resolve those undesired peaks and also do baseline correction. I tried in origin 8.5, but I am unable to do baseline correction and selection of peaks. Do you have any idea, how to do this please ?
Can you please show the spectra? It is not easy to give a suggestion without knowing the problem properly.
@ Santosh, you should monitoring the excitation spectra first then, excited your samples by all excitation peaks appears one by one, I think you will found what you want
