I got rejection from two journals because they think that i did not present a good contribution and discussion why i have selected one country in the research methodology and hypotheses motivation .
Any research samples or advice to improve my research will be better.

In general, research contribution regards the research questions (i.e., the extent to which your research questions address the limitations of the current studies and/or extend the findings in the current studies).
For one country, it depends on your research question. If your research question needs the data from multiple countries for country comparison, this could be a serious limitation. However, you can try to discuss that you would like to generalize some of the previous findings in a unique context (one country). Please refer to the following studies as examples.

What made you select 2 countries for data collection. There must be some reason you choose to do so. Is it due to some limitations in the existing literature. Do you have any literature support for the method adopted?
If your answer is yes. They carry on with your work and improve the discussion section. However, if your answer is no. Stop your work combining 2 countries data. Work with individual countries data, that will provide you with better results.

Actually , i have a big limitation for the kind of data that my research need it because the data relates with production ,inventory and cost that made a problem to collect them from many countries so, i have selected my country for two reasons;i found the research problem there and literature gap; the second one i can get the data from firms by governmental supporting. In addition,I have no problem about the research idea and question , reviewers said they are very interesting but need to more motivation about hypotheses and sample.
My answer is yes because the previous literature did not used this data and considered the physical output data is not available in standard databases.

As I now understand the details of your data, it appears the necessity to have the same metric for comparison. I suggest to extend the operations aspects in financial terms (for inventory), Try finding more on your data. I am sure this would add to the depth in the discussion section, where you are facing problems.
