Hey Pat, how are you?! I like this article, very original. It gives me an idea, or rather a suggestion for you.. I see many patient with a leg length discrepancy in my practice, it is very common. You could measure in the same subject changes in the biomechanics of the knee by provoking acute leg length differences in subsequent gait trials. Would be very interesting, and wouldn't matter if they actually already had this issue. I would recommend increments of say 5mm. So, 0mm, 5mm, 10mm, 15mm, and 20mm. Let me know what you think..
