Hi I want to publish a paper in Virus Disease (Springer India) which is open access, can anyone here tell me whats the publication charges???

This link I provided gives the latest issue of virus disease journal, from where I can download all articles for free. I think if it can be downloaded for free, then they might charge for publication. But I see nothing written about the publication charge in the instruction to author section.
Go to the web page of the Journal or contact directly to Springer India. Do not send any manuscript without being sure of this particular matter. Fees could be very surprising.
I have published a review paper in the journal. Article Viral glycoproteins: biological role and application in diagnosis
The journal is completely free. The article is available at PMC after 12 months and becomes free to download from the link.
Again saying that the journal is free.
When I saw it from Springer Journal Suggester (https://journalsuggester.springer.com), it showed the charge for the publication US$ 2,750.00| £ 1,870.00| € 2.170.00.
But the publication's charge is not mentioned in the Virus Disease journal's website.

If article processing fee is not mentioned in their guideline, by default it can be free of charge.
