Actually, the ceramic dielectric cavity has been coated with silver material with 10 um thickness at all the sides of the designed model. As we know silver is a conductor, my doubt is still all silver plated has to be assigned as perE boundaries or not?
You can assign a finite conductivity boundary and specify it as silver.
In practice, it is much more complicated, for artificial (meta)surfaces'[1] bandpass filter (freq.-band range ?).
It depends, at least, on the:
1) chemical composition of the ceramic (meta)surfaces[2](& materials[3]?), as well as on the
2) actual (regime of the parametric) conditions of (the ceramic materials') preparation,
if your modelling design[4] is trying to support an adjacent experimental group.
