Your material is behaving like a Pseudocapacitive material in lithium sulphate. That's why there is no peak in the CV.

Could it be that it behaves as a LIC because of high C content? (probably due to lack of time in calcination) However what i intended was obtaining the peaks, what should i improve?

Is the red line an even faster scan rate? At least that corresponds to the current scale you expected.

I would suggest trying the prescribed scan rate (0.1 mV/s).

Sorry for not mentioning. The red line is the same profile but with less current response, and it belongs to the same material but on a different substrate (ITO-glass), thin film, less material
