Hi! Could anyone please help me with the question below?

I used a Nikon microscope with NIS Element viewer 1.21.0 to take pictures of my cells, which saves images in .nds format. Now, I am unable to convert the .nds to .jpg. I tried using ImageJ with the Bio-Format plugin to view .nds format on my PC, but the images were blurred/distorted. I could not get the NIS Element viewer software on my PC either. Could anyone please help me with this?
