Hi, can anyone please tell me how to design this feed structure of TEF8102(see link below) ?

How can I design this L shaped joint emerging from MMIC/black square box, what's the purpose? and why they have used parallel lines in the horizontal plane and then single lines in the vertical plane.? how the first and last antenna is fed without any actual feedlines?
