hi, about this question, in the mechanical equation of the wind turbine system there are only two torque if we neglecte the frection torque, these two torque are the wind turbine torque (or mechanical torque) and the generator torque (or electrmagnatic torque), they are equal and opposite in the parmanant system, the term electromechanical is not correct i think.

Please have a look at Fig. 3 of our attached paper. It looks like a diagram in which you have different torques concerning a wind turbine (for definitions, please refer to the paper nomenclature).

In order for the turbine to rotate according to the design it is necessary to generate a torque by the wind to counter the torque by the magnetic motor, possibly with the angle of the blade or to enlarge of  the blade chord at the root.

In general case, electro_mechanical torque is the torque that is specified in motors, that is when u give a electrical energy it is converted to the rotational force for this rotational force a torque is produced this torque is called electromechanical torque. in simpler words the torque produced in mechanical parts by the electrical source then it is called as electro mechanical torque.so the generator is not related with this electro mechanical torque hence it is nothing but a torque required to the generator produced by the wind.
