Thanks for the input.Interestingly,chat gpt gives reasonable answers if there's enough research done already.

Otherwise, the answers are often inaccurate or incomplete. Yes, " easier topics" are probably easier for chat GPT for now.

Not all plastic surgeons agree on techniques, especially in the cleft world.

Difficult questions, and though nasoalveolar molding and nuanced surgeries are closer to the holy grail of cleft surgery, looks like there will be some unanswered questions in this complicated field.

Textbook plastic surgery is,at best, a useful guide. Well researched journals offer more comprehensive insight in the field.
