I have 01 data for Strategic human resource management and 02 data set for Organization Performance. Both data sets are different with different sample size and measuring different information.
You dont need to combine them.. there is no test to apply on combine data set.. one dataset is completely different to measure different parameter.. the other data set is completely different to measure other parameter.. if there is any correlation between two data set then we can develop a model and test that model.. otherwise u can't..
