you are opening up a very broad area of research and practice, can you narrow it down a bit? For instance, what are the topics of your previous research? Are there any questions that interested you, which point in a more specific direction?
A first step towards defining a problem space could be to choose a group of stakeholders who you want to address (such as physicians, patients,...) and to think about whether you want to take a product- oder process-oriented perspective. Accordingly, sample questions arise regarding the technical design of a spceific healthcare technology (such as a virtual communication tool or a biosensor measuring vital signs remotely) or how such technologies can and should be implemented within healthcare delivery processes.
Both of them can imply developmental (e.g., software development) as well as empirical tasks (e.g., surveys).
