The scientists say little about results' reproducibility in the current culture of the life science. We need to discuss more about this topic to improve our science.

Thus, I am estimating that Microcephaly, Harelip, and Down syndrome are caused by Zika virus/ZIKV or HHV-5/Human cytomegalovirus/HCMV, Hepatitis A virus/HAV or Influenza virus/Flu or Newcastle disease virus/NDV, and Human adenovirus/HAdV, respectively.
The estimation method of harelip is as follows; i.e., HCC tissue (with PBC) has Homeobox protein MSX-1/Hox-7 at 1.1, Androgen receptor/Nuclear receptor subfamily 3, group C, member 4 at 7.1, and Cytokeratin 15/Keratin, type I cytoskeletal 15 at 1.0 μg/mg of tissue protein, respectively. Total harelip-related protein becomes to be 9.1 μg/mg of tissue protein.
