Have you found any information on cognitive distortion levels of insider threats?

I am working on my disertation that looks at the cognitive distortion levels of employees, criminals, and mental conditions, and levels of insider threats. I am aware of certain mental conditions have a higher cognitive distortion level that may be a challege to form an employment questionaire to weed out potential insider threat with out violating any employment laws and the ADA
