Dear Maja,

I am an artist, animator and researcher who works with visual storytelling, animation,  to enhance awareness and reach indeed a more peaceful mind ; by understanding how we create stories in our minds, and its effects in our bodies and actions.

I would love to know if you ever thought or have used arts to practice mindfulness. I am interesting in studies which look for improve balance since  i consider animation as a tool to practice mindfulness as well.
