I am working on a Pharma Market (Pharmacoeconomics) Project. In this project we would like to discuss and analyze the national map and pharmacoeconomics figures of pharmaceutical laboratories investment by therapeutic class in a country.

I would like to have examples of Survey Questionnaire highlighting the type of medicines most marketed, their strength, form, therapeutic class and laboratory by which they are produced/marketed.

Please looking for insight and tips.
