You should check for your insert line the used antibiotic resistance marker. I recall it is not always sulfadiazine. Simply plate part of the seeds of each tube on the selection medium to select to tubes with homozygous progeny. It is possible to have a line with several independent T-DNA inserts so you will need the confirmation by PCR, also in case of single insert lines.
